Stitching operator — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Jackson County, Alabama. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
