Join our team: we are hiring a beldar in Cooper County, Missouri. The job is with a civil contractor. Day to day you will wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. Requirements: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
