You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Six days a week, one day off.
