Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Six days a week, one day off.
