Now hiring: we are hiring a single needle operator in Egor, Edo. The role involves: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Six days a week, one day off.
