Bread baker — Igbo-Eze-North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Igbo-Eze-North, Enugu State. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦700 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
