Quality checker — Phillips County

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality checker in Phillips County, Colorado. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. On a typical shift you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
