Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application The role involves: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
