Oven operator — Onitsha South

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Onitsha South, Anambra State. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
