Bread baker — Mackinac County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Mackinac County, Michigan. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Meals and transport allowance provided.
