Formwork joiner — Lackawanna County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
