Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in San Juan County, Utah. You will be based at an accident repair centre. Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
