Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Perry County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
