Vertical transportation technician — Barren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Barren County, Kentucky. You will work in a residential tower block. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Part-time with flexible hours.
