Backhoe operator — San Joaquin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in San Joaquin County, California. The job is at a road and highway construction project. The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
