Surface coating operator — Oswego County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Oswego County, New York. The job is in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Full-time with occasional weekends.
