Crane operator • Dawson County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Dawson County, Georgia. You will work at a stone quarry. On a typical shift you will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
