QC inspector — Madison County

Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On the job you will handle: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Full-time with occasional weekends.
