Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
