Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Jones County, Georgia. You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
