Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Benton County, Indiana. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
