Tiling assistant — Cedar County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Cedar County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes Day to day you will match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
