Now hiring: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Independence County, Arkansas. You will work on a pipeline and trenching crew. The role involves backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Part-time with flexible hours.
