Bread baker — Crawford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Crawford County, Iowa. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
