Motor grader operator — Holt County

Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Holt County, Missouri. You will work at a landfill site. Your main tasks: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations You should have: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
