Construction labourer • White County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a construction labourer in White County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
