Laundry presser — Hodgeman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a laundry presser in Hodgeman County, Kansas. You will work at a dry cleaner's. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment You will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching.
