Steam press operator — Harrison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Harrison County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Your main tasks: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
