You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes On the job you will handle: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
