General labourer • Montgomery County, Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring a general labourer in Montgomery County, Virginia. Day to day you will cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
