Shuttering carpenter — Clay County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Clay County, Indiana. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules 3+ years on the tools preferred.
