Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Wallace County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 1+ years on the tools preferred.
