Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
