Dough maker wanted in Bibb County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Bibb County, Alabama. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
