Power float operator wanted in Gogebic County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power float operator in Gogebic County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet On the job you will handle: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Overtime paid at a premium rate.
