Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Honolulu County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Honolulu County, Hawaii. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. Day to day you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work Full-time, day shift.
