Excavator operator — Winona County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Winona County, Minnesota. The job is at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence You will clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
