Kitchenhand — Ife Central

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ife Central, Osun State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
