Immediate opening: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Your main tasks: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
