Fire and safety officer — Suffolk

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Suffolk, England. On the job you will handle: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
