Stamping press operator — Wilkes County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Wilkes County, Georgia. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. Day to day you will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Six days a week, one day off.
