Canteen cook — Burke County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Burke County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
