What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position.
