Panel painter • DeWitt County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel painter in DeWitt County, Texas. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale On a typical shift you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio.
