Electrostatic spray painter — Uzo-Uwani

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse We offer ₦160,000 per month plus benefits.
