Smash repairer — McMinn County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in McMinn County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
