Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You will work in a textile mill. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Day to day you will record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
