Now hiring: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Highland County, Virginia. The job is at a commercial fit-out project. Day-to-day duties: • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors What we are looking for: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
