Abattoir worker — Ravalli County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ravalli County, Montana. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
