We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundsman in Rutherford County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Day-to-day duties: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
